The Palace uses the best quality packing material to protect items for the journey from Palace Publishers distribution centre to its customers with the intention that they arrive in the same condition they left the Distribution centre.

 

You may also select Express Post to ensure your purchase arrives as quickly as possible. Be aware that not all areas are covered by Australia Post's Express Post Delivery Network. Where your address is outside this network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by their "Next Day Guarantee".

Note: Palace Publishers will ship your Express Post parcel on the next business day.

Postage/shipping charges vary depending on size and location. Please contact us for a quote if ordering in bulk. International Orders: Local guidelines apply once your purchase arrives in the country of destination and may be subject to local Customs duties and/or local taxes in that country. These taxes and duties are not included in your purchase. Please check with the local authority to ascertain applicable rates and processing times as these charges are borne by you and not by Palace Publishers.

Delivery Address:

PO Box addresses are not accepted as a delivery address must be provided. All parcels require a signature on delivery. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched, and your parcel will be left at your local post office if there is no one available to accept the delivery. If you have a special request, please contact us before purchasing at info@palacepublishers.com.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We want you to love your artwork. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please return it to us and we will send you a full refund.

Returns and Exchanges are only accepted on items within 2 business days of receival, and for items that are in their ORIGINAL condition.  

 

Any claim for damages to the items ordered:  Please notified us within 2 days of receiving the goods. Once you receive the artwork, the insurance is no longer active and the artist is not liable for any damages to the artwork while in your care. Only damages caused by the courier are cared for by our insurance. In the event of delivery damage, photographic evidence must be taken of the packaging and the damaged artwork. Photographic evidence of damage caused by delivery must be emailed to info@palacepublishers.com within 2 days of delivery.

To request a return please email us the following info:

Your name and address
A description of the item and why you are returning it.
Whether you would like a refund or exchange. If you wish to exchange it for a different item, please include the name of the replacement item.

Exchanges/Refunds:

 

For Exchange, with confirmation of availability, the new item will be shipped to you once we receive your return.

Exchanges within Australia are shipped to you free.

 

For international orders an exchange will incur re-delivery charges.

Refunds will be to the value of the item excluding original shipping and handling charges unless the item is damaged upon delivery.

 

Refunds will be via the original form of payment. You will be notified via email once this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from info@palacepublishers.com.
