SHIPPING POLICY: Children's Books

 

 

 

Postage costs will vary depending how many books you wish to purchase. This will be from around $6.50 to 26.20 per order for parcel mail for anyone with an Australian or New Zealand delivery address.

If you wish to order more than 15 books, please email us at info@palacepublishers.com and we will calculate postage for you.

The Palace uses the best quality packing material to protect items for the journey from Palace Publishers distribution centre to its customers with the intention that they arrive in the same condition they left the Distribution centre.

You may also select Express Post to ensure your parcel arrives as quickly as possible. Express Post is only available for delivery to addresses in Australia, however, not all areas are covered by Australia Post's Express Post Delivery Network. Where your address is outside this network, Australia Post will use the fastest possible transport links, but it won't be covered by their "Next Day Guarantee".

To upgrade your order to Express Post, please email Customer Service on info@palacepublishers.com. to request this service and we can arrange to charge you for the extra delivery cost.

RETURNS ON BOOKS

We understand that from time-to-time you may need to return an item to us.

Before returning any items please contact Palace Publishers Customer Service Team to discuss your reason for requiring a return and organise an approval to return an item to Palace Publishers.

Before contacting us regarding a return please understand the following terms of business:

  1. If you have changed your mind, or made a mistake, we require notification within 2 business days of the recorded delivery date.

  2. If you received a faulty or damaged item, we require notification within 2 business days of the recorded delivery date.

  3. If the item you received is not what you ordered, we require notification within 2 business days of the recorded delivery date.

  4. Palace Publishers is NOT obligated to offer a store credit for products that are returned damaged to our Distribution Centre or never arrive. The Palace Distribution Centre address is: 2 Aysgarth Court, Hocking, 6065, Perth WA. To qualify for a credit, an item must be returned in perfect condition ready to be resold. Failure to package a returning item properly will undoubtedly result in no store credit and the product will be returned to the customer.

  5. A store credit issued for a return will be for the value of the returned item only. A store credit for a specific item does not cover the cost of postage.
